The brief
MAV Boutique is an accounting and legal firm in Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica. It covers accounting and tax, corporate legal work, payroll and people operations, and escrow. Its previous site ran on WordPress, with the Elementor page builder and the WPML translation plugin.
The project began as three working design directions, and the owner chose one. On it we rebuilt the whole site in Spanish and English, kept all 52 old addresses working and added an application form that confirms an application only after the email service accepts it. The new site has been live since October 2026.
What we built
Three directions, one chosen
The project started with three working design directions: Planta, Protocolo and Torre de Control. The owner compared them as real pages and chose Torre de Control on 20 August 2026. The full site was built on it.

A hero built around Costa Rica
The home opens on an outline of Costa Rica traced from a licensed vector map. Large screens with a mouse and motion allowed get a 3D plate. Everyone else, phones included, gets a light drawing and never downloads the 3D code.

Four pillars, one control tower
Accounting and tax, corporate legal, human capital and escrow sit around one idea, the Torre de Control. The home shows it as a ring. A panel sketches the firm’s own tool and, as its caption says, shows no client data.

An application, not a contact form
Prospects apply in three steps, and the confirmation appears only after the email service accepts the message. Otherwise the form says so, keeps every answer and offers WhatsApp, copy, download or email.

Old addresses kept, languages linked
All 52 public addresses we listed on the old site still open a page: 47 at the same path and 5 by redirect. Spanish and English pages point to each other, and the language switch opens the matching page where one exists.

Checks that block invented claims
The project keeps automatic checks: accessibility scans, an SEO comparison with the old site and a text check that blocks promises, hours, prices and percentages the owner has not confirmed. We re-ran the first two against the live site on 30 October 2026.
